Victoria Jaensch Karins, Managing Attorney
Victoria Jaensch Karins received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1992 from the University of South Florida, and a Juris Doctor degree in 1994 from St. Thomas University. Ms. Jaensch Karins is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has served numerous roles in AILA leadership over the past 20 years, most recently as a Director of the Board of Governors of AILA National and Chair of the Central Florida Chapter. She is regular speaker on complex employment-based matters at immigration conferences nationally and regionally. She is a graduate of Leadership Manatee, a division of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. Mrs. Jaensch Karins has practiced exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law since 1995 and focuses her practice on (a) corporate workforce management and talent relocation; (b) entrepreneur start-up transferees; (c) practice before the Department of State and Department of Labor; and (d) family immigration and citizenship.
