Danni Brancaccio Solowsky, Attorney

Danni Brancaccio Solowsky is an experienced immigration attorney, having worked in the field of immigration law since 2011. Her immigration practice focuses on corporate business employment visas in STEM industries (H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN), visas for immigrants with extraordinary abilities (O-1A, O-1B) investor and entrepreneur visas (E-1, E-2), and the employment-based green card process (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3). In addition, Ms. Solowsky is a practiced litigator, including experience with immigration litigation in federal court. Ms. Solowsky attended University of Georgia’s School of Law and graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctorate Degree. As a law student, Ms. Solowsky served as a board member of both the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and the American Constitution Society. Prior to law school, Ms. Solowsky graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Studies. While attending Northwestern, Ms. Solowsky spent an immersive semester in Padua, Italy studying at the Università di Padova. Ms. Solowsky is a member of the Florida Bar, The Federal Bar for the Middle District of Florida, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF). She is also active locally in the Junior League of Sarasota, a nationally recognized women’s organization devoted to leadership development and voluntarism in the Sarasota community. She is currently serving on the organization’s Technology committee
